1Way Salesforce Connector
No package installation is required.
The 1Way connector sends information from Salesforce into SaaSOptics. The Salesforce integration is plug-and-play, but also configurable so you can configure the mappings yourself with your browser, selecting from standard and custom fields from the following Salesforce objects: Account, Opportunity, Opportunity Line Item, and PriceBooks .
Flow Closed Won Opportunities into the Order Queue Save time when closed opportunities become Orders in your SaaSOptics Order queue, freeing you having to rekey information. From the Order queue, quickly turn orders into actual Customer, Contract, Subscription, Revenue and Invoice records, with information then flowing to QuickBooks.
Flow Account Information Configure Account information in Salesforce to flow into SaaSOptics, enabling deeper and richer subscription analysis. And, enable Salesforce users to update Customer billing address in Salesforce with information flowing to SaaSOptics and also to QuickBooks.
2Way Salesforce Connector
Package installation is required.
The 2Way Connector includes both the 1Way Connector and a Managed Package that you install into your Salesforce account into which SaaSOptics syncs Contract, Transaction, Revenue, Invoice and Payment information.
In Salesforce, your sales and support team can view current and past subscription history, know what is coming up for renewal, and review Invoice information, including the Invoice balance and payment synced from QuickBooks to SaaSOptics and passed up to Salesforce.
The SaaSOptics 2Way Managed Package install objects that hold the contract, subscription, revenues, MRR/ARR, invoicing, and payment information.
SaaSOptics custom fields can be viewed in the Account view and all fields are also available for standard Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
